Ainsi, de par leur responsabilité et leur exposition, il apparaît primordial pour AACCES de délivrer des formation complètes, concrètes et adaptées à ces personnels.
L’objectif de la formation C-SEC est d’améliorer le niveau global de sécurité et de préparation des chauffeurs ayant vocation à se déplacer en zone complexe au cours de missions de courtes durées ou d’une expatriation de long terme dans des zones ou pays à haut facteur de risque.
La formation permet aussi d’appréhender les aspects généraux du métier de chauffeur en zone complexe en couvrant l’ensemble des problématiques auxquelles ces derniers pourraient être amenés à faire face.

La formation H.E.A.T (Hostile Environment Awareness Training) est un cours intensif de sensibilisation aux risques inhérents à la mobilité internationale dans des environnements dégradés. Cette formation doit permettre à tout personnel de réagir efficacement à des situations à haut risque lors d’un déploiement dans des zones dites « complexes » voire « hostiles ».
Tout au long de cette formation, les stagiaires recevront une présentation des mesures permettant de prévenir les risques inhérents à de tels déploiements et comportements à adopter en cas de menace avérée. Les connaissances acquises devront ensuite être restituées par les stagiaires lors d’exercices terrains scénarisés issus de cas concrets se rapprochant au plus près des conditions réelles.
Les objectifs de la formation H.E.A.T sont de permettre aux stagiaires de :

- forced migration, human rights and protection,
- disasters, climate risks, shelter and development,

The programme is open to candidates who fulfil at least one of the following conditions:
· hold a good honours degree in a relevant discipline such as development, anthropology, sociology, economics, law, human rights, geography, psychology and other social sciences, social work, arts, architecture, public health, nursing, public administration, construction, planning and other related disciplines.

Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) related diseases contribute to high mortality and morbidity rates in emergency and post-emergency situations. Even in the absence of an emergency, diarrhoea kills over 1,300 children per day worldwide (WHO and UNICEF, 2019). During protracted war and conflict in particular diarrhoeal diseases can often kill more people than the conflict itself. Therefore, hygiene and sanitation promotion will go a great way in curbing the cases of diarrhoea and reducing its impact in terms of morbidity and mortality among populations in emergencies.
Hygiene and Sanitation Promotion is the centerpiece for a successful WASH intervention in emergency contexts. Effective hygiene and sanitation promotion is based on dialogue and interaction with affected communities; working in partnership with them forms the basis for successful and accountable programming.
Better emergency response in public health is achieved through better preparedness. Such preparedness is the result of targeted capacity building and knowledge development by governments, humanitarian agencies, local and civil society organizations, communities and individuals to anticipate and respond effectively towards emergency situations. It is upon this premise that IDEAL Public Health and Development Consultancy (IPHDC) has organized a training to build the capacity of key humanitarian actors on effective hygiene and sanitation promotion in emergencies.

Humanitarian workers and professionals are increasingly exposed to challenging, insecure, remote or hostile environments due to lawlessness, political instability and armed conflict. It is essential they are adequately prepared for any dangers they may encounter.
RedR Australia's internationally recognised Hostile Environment Awareness Training (HEAT) prepares individuals to work in crisis zones or a range of hostile situations. This rigorous classroom and simulation training will enhance your knowledge of personal security so you are prepared to face difficult security situations.
The training course integrates Tactical and Trauma Emergency Casualty Care training, giving you the skills and knowledge to operate in hostile environments around the world. Our trainers will deliver a combination of theory and practical based emergency medical training, teaching you the skills to manage ballistic, penetrating and blast trauma. Skills learnt on the training course include commercial and improvised tourniquets and hemorrhage control, airway management of an unconscious casualty and an array of improvised techniques teaching students how to save and preserve life with limited resources.
